Privacy policy

Hey June ("June", "we", "us") is a phone and text assistant for real estate agents, operated by Alakai Partners LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Calls. When you call a number June answers, we receive your phone number, the call audio, a transcript, and what you asked for.
- Text messages. Your phone number, the messages you send and receive, and whether you opted in or out.
- Agent accounts. For agents who use June: name, email, mobile number, and listing information they provide.
- Technical data. Basic logs such as timestamps and delivery status, used to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To answer your call or text and pass your request to the agent you contacted.
- To send agents a summary of each new inquiry.
- To send you texts you asked for, such as follow-ups about a listing or a callback.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
Mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with service providers that help us deliver messages and calls (for example, our phone carrier and messaging providers), and only to provide the service.
Who we share with
- The agent you contacted, who receives your name, number and request.
- Service providers that host, transmit or process data on our behalf, such as telephony, messaging, cloud hosting, and speech and language processing providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Email hello@junehere.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
- California residents may have additional rights under California law, including to know, delete and correct personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We keep call and message records as long as needed to provide the service to the agent and meet legal obligations, then delete them. We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect data.
Children
June is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
