Terms of service

These terms govern use of Hey June ("June"), operated by Alakai Partners LLC. By calling or texting a number June answers, or by using June as an agent, you agree to them.
The service
June answers calls and texts on behalf of real estate agents, answers questions from listing facts the agent has approved, and passes requests to the agent. June is an automated assistant. Its answers are informational, are not an offer or a contract, and may be incomplete. Confirm important details directly with the agent.
Text messaging program
- Program: Hey June sends lead alerts to the agent it works for, and follow-up messages to people who contact that agent and agree to receive texts (for example, callback confirmations and answers about a listing).
- Consent: Agents opt in when they set up June and confirm their mobile number. Other people opt in by asking for a text during a call, or by texting the number first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: varies with call and message volume.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP, or email hello@junehere.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls may be recorded
Calls June answers are recorded and transcribed so the agent can follow up. If you don't want to be recorded, hang up and contact the agent another way.
Acceptable use
Don't use June to harass anyone, send spam, or break the law. We may block numbers that misuse the service.
Disclaimers and liability
June is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Alakai Partners LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on June's answers.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
